Product Roadmap Planning

Role:

Facilitator

A workshop with the full Product team both B2B & B2C to define our product vision and align on roadmap items for 2022.  Participants were given time to brainstorm action items that would address pain points or open new opportunities to increase retention or reduce churn.

Usability "Testing"

Role:

Moderator / Facilitator

Result:

Engineering and support teams experienced a full usability testing process to increase understanding of design decisions. One member was chosen as the tester while others took on the role of note-takers. By doing this, teams outside of design were able to get a look into the design process and observe how 'real-users' interact with the product.
